Attendees understand that Portside Live productions are recorded events and consent to their images being used in an instalment of Portside Live and any associated promotional content. Attendees of Portside Live productions agree to assume all risk of personal injury, death or loss incurred in connection with these events. Portside Live, the property lessees, and the property lessor shall not be liable for any such injury, death or loss, and the attendee hereby agrees to release, forever discharge, indemnify and save harmless Portside Live, the property lessees, and the property lessor from all liability, claims, demands, damages, costs, expenses and causes of action arising from any injury, death while attending a Portside Live production. *
